Sector 112 is a residential sector in south Noida, a short drive from the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and from the hospitals of Sectors 62 and 128. For assisted living, its value is practical. Families living in the societies of south Noida can reach a parent in minutes, and the home here is set up for residents whose medical needs are higher than most small care homes will take on: several daily medicines, frequent doctor reviews, and conditions such as dementia that make ordinary help at home exhausting.
If you are looking for assisted living in Sector 112 because a parent's care has outgrown what a cook, a driver and a part-time attendant can manage, this page sets out what the home here offers, what it is likely to cost and which homes nearby are worth comparing.
Manop Foundation: assisted living with medical depth
Manop Foundation is the assisted living home actually located in Sector 112. It calls itself a paid old age home, but its care list reads like a nursing-led home's. Three services stand out for assisted living:
- Medication administration. Staff give medicines rather than leaving residents to remember them, which matters for a parent on insulin, blood thinners or a complicated morning routine.
- Regular doctor consultations and nursing care. Residents are seen by a doctor at regular intervals, and nursing support covers vitals, dressings and day-to-day monitoring.
- An ambulance service it says can arrive in about five minutes, for falls, chest pain or a sudden drop in sugar.
Help with personal hygiene, nutrition management, physiotherapy and psychological counselling complete the picture. The home also lists advanced dementia care, so a parent who develops memory problems later may not need to move again. Rooms are furnished, with a garden, Wi-Fi and power backup.
On a visit, ask how many residents share each caregiver during the day and at night, whether a nurse sleeps on the premises, and how families are told about a fall or a change in medicine. A home that answers those three questions clearly is usually well run.
Other homes that appear on this page
Elkin's search for this sector currently also returns homes that are elsewhere. They are good homes, but not in Sector 112:
- Elsewhere in Noida: Aangan Old Age Home is in Sector 105, Quality Elder Homes in Sector 116 and Holistic Senior Care Pvt Ltd in Sector 127. All three are a short drive and are covered on their own pages, linked below.
- In Gurugram: Kriti Elder Care Home (Sector 63A), HCAH Suvitas (Sector 51) and Artha Senior Care (Sector 53) are across NCR, about an hour or more by road.
- In Hyderabad: Cadabams Amitha Senior Residency is listed under a Sector 62 that belongs to Hyderabad, not Noida.
Hospitals and access for this level of care
- Jaypee Hospital, Sector 128. The nearest large multi-speciality hospital for south Noida, reached via the Expressway.
- Fortis Hospital, Sector 62. The other main option for cardiac and neuro emergencies, further north.
- Kailash Hospital, Sector 27. Closer to central Noida and Sector 18.
- Road links. The Expressway and the DND Flyway or Kalindi Kunj route bring visitors from Delhi; evening traffic adds time, so ask the home how long an ambulance run really takes after 6 PM.
What assisted living costs around Sector 112
As an approximate guide, assisted living in this part of south Noida costs about ₹35,000 to ₹80,000 a month, depending on whether the room is shared and how much hands-on help is needed. Residents with advanced dementia or who are bedridden usually pay about ₹50,000 to ₹1.5 lakh a month, because they need closer supervision. Medicines, consumables, tests and a one-to-one attendant are normally billed on top, and a refundable deposit is common. These are estimates, so confirm the current fee with the home.
