Antara Estate 360 is an intergenerational community in Sector 36A on the Dwarka Expressway, developed by Max Estates with senior care managed by Antara, the Max Group's senior care brand. The plan is unusual for India: two towers in a larger residential project are set aside for seniors, so parents can live independently in their own apartment while their children and grandchildren live in the same community. The senior residences are 2 and 3 BHK homes, and the 11.8-acre site is designed with car-free ground-level spaces, landscaped greenery and a wellness club of about 50,000 sq ft.
The listing describes the care side in detail: 24 specialist check-ups a year, dietician-planned meals, nursing care, physiotherapy, daily health monitoring and on-site paramedics with an ambulance service. Homes are furnished, the community is pet friendly and there is a pool.
Two points matter before you commit. First, these are homes you buy rather than rent, so this suits a long-term plan, not a short stay. Second, the project is still under construction, so ask Max Estates for the Haryana RERA registration and the current possession date. Living near the Dwarka Expressway
- Airport access. Delhi's international airport is a short drive, which matters for families who travel often or live abroad.
- Hospitals in Dwarka and Gurugram. Manipal Hospital in Dwarka, the hospitals of Dwarka's sector belt and Manipal Hospital in Palam Vihar are within reach, and Medanta in Sector 38 is across the city.
- Delhi on one side, Gurugram on the other. The expressway links Dwarka Sector 21, with its Airport Express and Blue Line metro stations, to central Gurugram, so relatives in west Delhi and in Gurugram can both visit.
- New infrastructure. Most sectors along the road are new and still filling in. Shops and services are growing, but a resident may need a car or a driver for errands for now.
