- Hospitals. Ruby Hall Clinic Hinjawadi is the nearest large hospital, a short drive across the highway, and Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital in Thergaon is a little further east.
- Connections. The Mumbai-Bengaluru highway and the expressway are close by, so family travelling from Mumbai or Satara can reach Tathawade without entering the city. PMPML buses run towards Pimpri, Aundh and Hinjawadi.
- Everyday errands. Supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and diagnostic labs have opened along with the new housing, and the malls of Wakad are nearby for an outing.
