The project is under construction. Possession is reported for December 2026. Before you book, ask Adani Realty for the Gujarat RERA registration, the committed handover date and a written list of which services start on day one and which are paid separately. - Hospitals. KD Hospital sits on the SG Highway near Vaishnodevi Circle, and Zydus and Marengo CIMS are further south along the highway towards Thaltej and Sola. For a serious emergency at night, time the drive before you commit.
- Roads. The SG Highway and the Sardar Patel Ring Road meet near Vaishnodevi Circle, so both central Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar are within easy reach for family visits.
