For specialist care, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital in Thergaon is about an hour away depending on traffic.
- Rail. Vadgaon station on the Pune-Lonavla suburban line lets relatives visit by local train, and Talegaon station nearby has more services.
- Road. The old highway runs through the town, and the expressway toll plaza at Talegaon is minutes away for drives to Mumbai.
